Overall had a good experience. The boat was clean & spacious enough for 11 ppl + 3 crew members. The staff was friendly though at times stubborn to take us to where we wanted to go even though it was part of the plan. Also, the boat requires some maintenance.

It was so easy to book, I was waiting for some catch or problem. Seamless booking, on arrival the crew were great.Basically it is like having your own boat. Go where you want, stop, swim, see all the sights. 3hours was just great. This boat is perfect. There were 6 of us, loads of room. Shade and sun, whatever you wanted.

As well as a huge thank you to the crew of the Big Daddy! We had the best time thanks to them! They were incredibly proffessional and helpful in all their duties on and off the boat. My only small critisizm... The BBQ facilities are not up to muster. It's essentially a george foreman grill... There must be a better solution somewhere

Hi. From booking to the moment we got arrived at the yatch everything went smoothly. It was a special occasion for my wife and I and we given a different yatch to the one we had chosen. Elite 4 was much sleeker and cooler than the more commercial type vessel we were provided. The service was efficient and the staff were friendly but sadly the vessel was a disappointment for us.

Boat was of a good standard, the crew were friendly and attentive taking us where we wanted to go but also having suggestions. Basic snacks for dips / water and soft drinks etc were offered. The only downside was communication as the pick-up location varied between an email and a Whatsapp, we had asked twice to use a different phone no for WhatsApp as like many people we were tourists so didn’t all have expensive roaming. That aside the bot and crew were great

the boat was good but the most bad experience with Crew very rude BBQ was including in the middle of the sea they asked for 400 extra then what ever we asked they are asking additional charges we were partying then they start to take photos and videos with out permission they were fighting with the girls so bad then when we finish the trip they asked money for cleaning

The captain arrived 1 hour late, the boat was not clean, 1 engine did not work and the guys didn’t have fishing rods as promised.

The AC wasn't working so we were sweating the whole night because of the horrible heat. We should have been told prior to time. And there was no AUX cable as written on the website.

The crew didn't really introduce themselves. There was no discussion about what the plan was for the trip. They assumed we were going fishing and once we we were half way to the reef I asked what was going on. The fishing was an added if we had time. The boat was not clean. The life jackets were faulty. The tour did not go for 2 hours. The lack of communication and engagement with the clients was below par. They were not unpleasant at all. Just not really being professional enough.

Good however..... the life jacket I requested for an infant was broken with no suitable alternative. There was also no running water in the sinks or toilet.

It was a challenge to locate the boat as Google maps link sent was inaccurate and nobody was waiting for us at the right place, but the trip itself was good.

Maps link in mail sent us to the wrong location. Arriving late the boat was not cleaned from the former trip.

The boat was worn off. Transmitter was not working. We were not informed that swimming is not allowed at sunset, so we couldn't swim. Very poor selection of drinks.

My trip was fantastic! Staff was so friendly and whole arrangement was just perfect. From booking to execution.

They arrived 45 minutes late, put us on the wrong boat and we ended up with a shorter tour than we booked. I have spoke to them and they have promised a refund for the 30 minutes cut from the trip. The actual boat tour was good, just a shame that it was so poorly organised.

Was a nice trip in general and well organized. But the yacht is very worn out, scratched, very stinky inside, AC was barely working and didn't cool anything, so feeling of a 'luxury yacht' was definitely not there.

the organizing of the trip was very bad by you guys. no details were provided as to whom to contact and where to reach. after speaking to your office, the person arranged a speed boat (not a yacht) with lots of difficulties. the lady at your office was very helpful, or else we would feel that we got fooled after paying all the money. I should say the trip was very very badly managed. wouldn't recommend it to anyone and would ask them to be very cautious in dealing with you. The water adventure you finally arranged the trip was professional and promptly acted on the request. only feedback is that they could keep the boat a bit more clean, but the staff was amazingly helpful.

It was a really cool boat cruise, the cabin crew was friendly and welcoming, I initially booked the Salama 1 but finally we had the majesty 50 which was fine, it wasn't specified in advance that we had to take our shoes off, beside this it was all good and I might use your service again

Friendly crew but gave us the yacht in a dirty state. We had to ask them to remove the rubbish before entering.

Our trip was excellent. Capt Ryan and his crew were lovely, friendly and that made pur trip memorable. The yatch was decorated beautifully. It was perfect. I am sure my friends will book through you guys the next time around. I wish I book a slightly bigger yatch as the sea was a bit choppy.
