How long have you been in business?

CharterClick was founded in 2016, and has been extensively growing ever since. We strive to get the best talents in the industry, and create exclusive and friendly services for our customers and partners.

Do you provide a crew for your journeys?

CharterClick is a booking platform, and does not own vessels or employ any crew members. We work with the best companies in business, who, naturally, own vessels they rent, and employ their own crew members. Before signing a new company, we thoroughly check each and every aspect necessary, to ensure safe and pleasant trips for our clients, including the certification and crew qualification.

What services do you offer?

Our standard packages may include sightseeing cruises, fishing trips, pick up services and open water swimming. We are always open for new suggestions from our clients, and in case you wish an individually tailored trip to be arranged just for you, please contact us directly, and we will do everything in our power to make it happen*.

How do I book a vessel?

After setting all your search parameters (date and time of your trip, pick up location, vessel type) and pressing a “Show Results” button, you will be given the list of all the offers available for you. When you have decided which one would suit your needs the most, please proceed to its page, where you would be able to choose an activity and preferred route. From there, you would be able to proceed to the payment page, where, after filling in your credit or debit card details, you can finalize your reservation.

How long is the sightseeing/fishing trip?

The standard duration of the sightseeing trip for most of the companies is 2 hours, however some companies may require you to book their vessel for a period of at least 4 hours for a sightseeing trip. As for the fishing trip, we strongly recommend to book your vessel for at least 5 hours, so you can get the most out of your experience.

Do you provide refunds?

Yes, we do provide refunds. Each and every refund, however, is a subject to our cancellation policy.

What are your payment options?

All payments are being done online. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX credit or debit cards, but are working around the clock to provide a broader range of payment options for your own convenience.

Where is the pick up location?

The pick up location depends on a vessel and an activity you have chosen – please read the offer’s description carefully, before completing your reservation.

Are there any age restrictions?

All children below the age of 18 should be accompanied by adults.

Is alcohol being served onboard?

Only licensed companies may serve alcohol onboard – please read the offer’s description carefully, before completing your reservation.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Even though some offers may include a provision of soft drinks and light snacks for guests onboard, you are always welcome to bring your own food and beverages with you, in case you choose to do so.
